How do you access Siri through the SMH10R?

I could be mistaken, but part of the reason I purchased the SMH10R was that  I read it could access Siri like the Scala does.  Please explain how as there is nothing in the manual relating to Siri.

  Hi Steven,

  You use what's called Voice Dialing on the SMH10R - In stand-by mode, press the Center Button for 3 seconds, to activate the voice dialing of your mobile phone. This will activate siri on iOS, Google Now on some Android, S Voice on Samsung...
