Well my new Prism clearly has a problem.

It only records proper video occasionally. Other times it grossly underexposes the image, ups the contrast and puts a severe green tinge to the video. This is not corrected for the entire time the recording is happening. It is as if it is locked in this mode.

Other times it would record OK. I have a SENA SMH10 also which is paired to the Prism.

I have opened a ticket with the Support Desk since over 12 hours ago and someone is yet to be assigned let alone get back to me with a solution. I am now entering this forum post since I am hoping that someone from SENA can actually step up! I am pretty ticked at the moment with SENA.
