Broken Video Files.
My Prism will sometimes stop recording for no obvious reason. The file(s) are then "broken" and can't be read even though they have gigs of data. What is the fix to recover the files?
The recording stops randomly while riding as though the battery died. The battery is NOT dead, the card is NOT full. This happens whether external power is connected or not.
What is the fix to prevent the interruption of the recording?

My prism records the first couple of files without problem then subsequent files are unreadable when I try to view them in windows. They are repairable by using mp4 file repair software but do I really have to repair every file I record. My prism is basically a useless piece of junk. I have tried 3 No. Class 10 micro SD cards. Firstly a generic one where I put the file corruption down to a poor quality card...so I purchased 2 others from Kingston...better brand but I still get file corruption. What's happening here?

I would GREATLY appreciate it if you could tell me how to fix the files. I will happily spend the time to repair each one.

Hi Ricky. With respect, the intention of my comments here was not to give anyone a lesson on how to repair corrupt mp4 files....I want a solution to this problem and I'm hoping that Sena support staff will address it...yes I have raised a ticket also!

My Prism tube is doing the exact same thing! One file will be good and the rest can't be read! I've tried 3 other SD cards of different brands and sizes all do the same thing! Sena hasn't done one thing to try to help either. Sena needs to get this problem fixed or stop selling pap!er weights!
