Hi. We have Sena S20 and have the problem that I can hear my wife communicate with me, but she can not hear me. We have pared the units, I have changed microphone on my set, and it works for a while, but after some hours use, my microphone falls out. I have updated software to 1.6.1 and pared the units again, but the problem still remains. I have no more ideas what to do, and it's terrible irritating. HELP!!!!
