I am not getting audio through the left helmet speaker in both of our helmets. The pin plug feels loose to me when plugged into the wiring harness on my 2013 Can-Am Spyder RT Limited. This is a new problem which started last week Here is the advice that my Can-Am dealer gave me, which is working at least in the short term. Ridiculous to have to do this to fix a problem with such an expensive unit. 

"On the issue with the SENA. I have seen this multiple times. It seems like some of these connectors do not like to be inserted all the way. I have changed dongles, cord and harnesses with no luck. They make 2 different cords and I have tried that as well. What I found was using an O-ring to space the pin so it will not go in all the way solves this issue."

Anyone else with this issue, and if so, were you able to resolve it in a better way?
