1. Make the two units of the SMH10B pair with the two headsets of the BMW K1600 audio system, in a similar manner as the BMW bluetooth units. If hexcode can reverse engineer the entire CANBus for their GS-911 diagnostic tool, you should be able to do the same with the significantly simpler Bluetooth. The K1600GT/GTL was BMW's biggest seller for 2012, I believe there is a large enough market for it.
2. If possible, make different sources independently volume controllable. The Navigator IV GPS mixes in with the other audio on the BMW K1600 system, but the volume on the GPS unit does not control the Bluetooth volume. In any case, regardless of the numeric amplitude of the source signal data content (the RF I assume is just one level), the user should be able to independently adjust the volume the Sena unit delivers for each source. This would be as simple as storing some volume the user presets for each source, then allowing the "live" volume on the jog to be user selectable for any of the sources.

Being able to use the left hand "wonderwheel" for volume control would be nice
The k-1600 audio via bluetooth is also very overdriven, I realize this is on the BMW/ Alpine end but is there anything that can be done on the SMH10 side?
