What happened to the volume?
I recently switched from the SMH10 to the 10S and the 10S isn't anywhere near as loud as the SMH10. The difference is like night and day, and I'm strongly considering sending the new units back and putting the old units back into service. Has anyone else noticed this?

I just bought a 10s also and the volume is a joke I'm returning mine and the upgraded helmet they suggested go with the Sean system 0 -
Same issue. 4yr SMH10 user who upgraded to the 10s, and music (and GPS directions) from my phone are too low to overcome wind noise. This was not an issue with the SMH10.
I have opened a support ticket, maybe they'll provide some info. A new firmware that increases A2DP volume should fix the issue, at least for me. Phone calls and the built in voice are loud enough, just things that use A2DP are too low.
