Sena 10U
I have a Sena 10U installed in my Schuberth helmet. I ride with a group of sometimes 6 in total. It would be very helpful if there could be an update which would allow connection to 5 other Sena headsets. Might this be a future firmware update?

Hi Richard. A question about intercom pairing. How do you pair your 10U with other sena's?I have two 10U's, One in my Shuberth C3 pro and one in my wife's Shoei neotec. I follow the instructions given by Sena in the user guide paragraph 5.4(intercom pairing) but my connection stay's for about 1 hour. After that the connection cut's, sometimes I can not shut down the 10U and I have to reset by the pinhole. First I thought the reason was the connection with other devices (GPS, Phone) But yesterday I came back from a trip off about 500 Km without any second connection only intercom and still have the problem. I have sending mails to the helpdesk but they can't give me a reasonable answer.

Hi Bart. I have paired with three other Senas, two 20s and one SMH10 at the same time without a problem. We have ridden all day.The only time they have cut out is if one of the other riders leaves the group breaking the chain of connections. I have never had any shutdown problems, could your set be faulty? Maybe return it to Sena?

Ok, but is your connection with the others always open? and did you connect by group intercom paragraph 10 users guide?. I never tried group intercom between two devices

And do you get GPS instructions in the group intercom pairing mode?

Connection always open and in group intercom mode. Not tried GPS. There must be a problem with yours though if it won't shut down properly.

did you ever tried the normal intercom connection between 2 10U's (user guide 8.1.1)?

Just tried group intercom and at the same time GPS it's not working. On s the gps speaking group intercom cuts off.

I'm connected only by intercom the normal(para 8.1.1) way so this is not working fine. They told me (help-desk) to cut off VOX intercom and VOX phone, what I did , but after a wile (1 hour) one off the two 10U's shut off or is freezing so I have to reset by pinhole. They are six month old and six months of trouble. In two weeks I go to Portugal with the bike and this is worrying me. I will go back to the dealer and I hope he will find a solution. I'm in Belgium so If they will repair I should wait a long time. I will try to exchange with another model 20S or other. I saw on this forum that the 20S had the same problems in the beginning.
