Firmware update failed 20s
Hi There, I have a pair of Sena 20S headsets. I uploaded the latest firmware V1.4 onto my headsets last night.
One unit worked OK the other got to 98% then stalled. I unplugged the unit and reloaded the update but at 98% it stalled again.
I reloaded the old version V1.3 but now the Bluetooth will not connect to my phone!!
I have done a soft reset and a factory reset but the unit will still not connect to my phone.
Can you please help?

Nearly the same problem I had. I have two identical units. One upgraded flawlessly on the first attempt. My other one will not upgrade no matter what I try.
