    Please perform a Factory Reset on your 20S. You can refer to the User's Guide on our website for the instructions on this process. Afterwards, power on your 20S and pair it back to your phone.

    Hello Chris,

    already tried that... did a factory reset and fault reset, but the issue remains... maybe the unit has some problem with call audio which i think, dont have the same clear quality as mp3 music files, so it amplify the poor call quality? Maybe i ll try make a video of the issue, if it can help...

    De-select all the options in the 20s such as EDR, try each setting one at a time. Some of this stuff doesn't play well with some phones or bikes.
