Utter Rubbish - Zero Customer Services
I emailed this, via the website on the 21st July - I am still waiting an answer!
I have to admit, I am really struggling with my S20s, I bought it as I wanted something to connect to two phones and TomTom to. But I failed at that, so ended up connecting one phone, iPhone6s, to the device and the other phone, windows phone, via the TomTom. Which, as I will explain, is useless.
The problem that I have experienced;
I do not know if it a problem with the device, but the voice activation does not work, unless I go above 80mph, when it askes for a command, but then does not recognise any until it finally cancels itself. I have therefore disabled this facility. (the microphone obviously works as I can take phone calls.
The radio does not pick up any stations and when I did try to use it on search it just keeps going round in circles and does not stop at any stations, other than to tease me for a few seconds.
The button on the bottom for ambient noise is a design flaw, as my collar continually touches it and sometimes activates it, I cannot figure how to cancel this on the move without switching the device on and off several times, which is very frustrating and dangerous.
But with a doubt the biggest problem and for me and what make this device very dangerous, is its inability to manage input volumes, and put these into the ears at a sensible volume. Let me explain further.
IPhone, when connected to listen to music, I have to have the volume on the device up to full, and on the S20s at about 8 out of 10, just to hear it, I can't listen to talkshows, as it is just too quite. However, if I receive a call the ringer is so loud it is painful, as is the noise level when the person speaks so I have to scramble to turn it down as low as I can, as quick as I can. This happened the other night on my commute home, and my wife called me and literally pulled my hands of the bars to my head as a reaction! very dangerous.
I use the TomTom as little as possible, as despite having the volume as low as possible on unit it is SCREAMING in my ears, again painfully loud. I have to decide whether to decide to listen to music or use the TomTom. Also, an I do not know if the problem is TomTom or S20s related, but even when the TomTom is muted it still interrupts the music playing, the same just that it says nothing, which is very frustrating.
As I had connected my work phone via the TomTom, this was working fine, but I have given up using the TomTom, so I only have one device connected.
I do not use the device as an intercom.
If I have paid £50 for this device I would have been disappointed, however to have paid over £200, therefore I'm 4 times that.
I'm not sure if I have just failed to set the item up correctly, but I have tried so many times and messed about with the settings but all to no avail and recently when I did a software update I lost all these setting, which was a pain.
All in all it has been a very disappointing purchase. Having just read this back, this is also my review for this piece of kit, I read a load of reviews before buying this, and all were positive, so I'm perplexed why I'm having so many problems.
Please can you provide any advice/guidance to help me?

We apologize on behalf of our Technical Support department as they have been extremely busy responding to all of our customer's request during this riding season.
The trouble that you were having with connecting your phones and your TomTom to your headset is that our headsets allow you to pair two phones to them but the TomTom uses the same Bluetooth profile as a phone. So basically you are trying to pair 3 phones to the 20S when it is only capable of pairing to 2 of them. By combining your Windows phone to the TomTom and pairing the TomTom to the 20S then that now allows you to have all 3 devices connected to the 20S.
I'm confused as to why the voice command system on the 20S won't activate unless you are going at such a high speed. Do you have the side of the microphone that has the raised fin pointed away from your mouth? If so then try pronouncing the commands in a different way as the headset recognizes commands spoken in a specific pronunciation.
For the radio, run the right speaker over the top of the inside of your helmet as the antenna for the FM radio is the wiring for the speakers. Secondly, if you put the FM radio into Scan and Save mode then it will scan up the FM radio band until it find a station and stay there 8 seconds until it continues scanning. During that 8 seconds is when you can save that radio station as a preset.
Double tapping the the Ambient Mode Button on the bottom of the clamp kit will allow you hear the ambient sound around you. If you tap the Ambient Mode button once and hear the ambient sound around instead of activating the voice command system then that means that you should update the firmware on your 20S to the latest version.
As for the volume issue that you're having, all of the volume levels on Sena headsets are independent for each audio source. So the volume level when talking over a phone call is independent from the volume level when listening to music from your phone. To get the volume level that is comfortable for you then you need to adjust the volume when the function is active. The volume level for that function will be stored on the headset even when you power off the device. In addition, the 20S has a feature called Smart Volume Control so you can enable that feature and adjust the level from Low, Medium, High or Disable and the volume will be controlled automatically based on the noise level of the environment.
Since you stopped using the TomTom with your work phone then you have your work phone paired to the 20S using Second Mobile Phone pairing rather than the TomTom.
