New SRL Mesh microphone not working...
Purchased a new SRL Mesh on November 30th and it has been nothing but trouble. Firstly I cannot load the Device Manager onto my windows 10 pc. Looking at the MANY posts I have read this is common because Sena have not bothered to get a signed Licence and expect customers to spend time compromising their pc's so that the pc will except unsigned licences!. Also I am able to connect wirelessly but alas without internet....useless!. Also my microphone does not seem to be working...the only bit that does work is that i have managed to pair with my phone and can play music through the headset...as far as talking to other riders on the Mesh...not tried it but frankly I'm so disappointed with the whole experience I'm taking it back for a refund....waste of time and money!.
P.s Sena Tech support are about as useful as the product...useless.

I'm sorry that you have been experiencing issues with the device upon receiving it, and I'm glad you were able to return the device with no issues.
Now, I understand the whole device manager fiasco, but I can guarantee it is not something that will compromise your system, as it resets every bootup by default for Windows 10. The whole point of driver signatures is to verify the manufacturer of the device and that the drivers are valid. It's basically a checksum that verifies the device. This poses no harm when temporarily disabled.
On Windows 11, core isolation is another feature that is commonly enabled by default but is not needed. It, in fact, interferes with a lot of devices, and not just ours. Most people who are enthusiasts in the PC world normally have this disabled due to it limiting performance in their RAM.
