SRL2 Pairing with Interphone Tour
I'm trying to pair my new SRL2 with my wife's Interphone Tour.
I set both units to pairing (and went to 'universal pairing' in the SRL2 menu) and got them to apparently pair but there is no sound either way.
Can anyone help?

Universal Intercom Pairing:
The SRL2 allows pairing with non-Sena Bluetooth headsets for intercom conversations. Only one non-Sena Bluetooth headset can be paired at a time, and pairing with a new one removes the previous pairing list. To initiate Universal Intercom Pairing, turn on both the SRL2 and the desired non-Sena Bluetooth headset. Enter the configuration menu by pressing the Center Button for 12 seconds, navigate to "Universal intercom pairing," and confirm with the Center Button. The blue LED will flash rapidly, indicating pairing mode. Follow the handsfree pairing instructions in the user's manual of the non-Sena Bluetooth headset for automatic pairing with the SRL2. Refer to section 22.8, "Universal Intercom Pairing," for additional details.NOTE: this is also dependent on the other intercom if they allow it, there is still the restriction of their hardware.

Factory Reset Both Units
Before retrying, reset both the SRL2 and the Interphone Tour to clear any old or corrupted pairings.SRL2: Hold phone button + jog dial for ~10 seconds until LED flashes red rapidly.
Interphone Tour: Hold Power + Intercom buttons until it resets (refer to your Interphone manual for exact combo).
Pair Using SRL2’s Universal Intercom Mode
Put SRL2 into Universal Intercom Pairing mode:
Hold the Phone button for 10 seconds until it says "Configuration Menu".
Rotate jog dial to "Universal Intercom", press to confirm.
The SRL2 LED should blink red/blue.
On the Interphone Tour, activate standard phone pairing mode (as if pairing it to a phone).
Wait for both to connect. It may take a moment, and the SRL2 will say "Intercom Pairing Completed" or similar.
Test the Audio
Once paired:Try initiating the intercom from each unit.
Make sure the volume is turned up on both headsets.
Ensure Smartphone Audio Multitasking (on the SRL2) is off during troubleshooting.
Firmware Updates
Check if both the SRL2 (via Sena Device Manager) and Interphone Tour (via Interphone's updater software) are running the latest firmware versions. Cross-brand compatibility sometimes improves with updates.Limitations
