SRL3 vs SC2
I have a Schubert SC2 helmet with integrated SC2 comms. It is fair, but I'm not impressed with the sound volume, I wish it could go louder. I love the helmet and the way it is integrated however. With the new Shoei Neotech 3 and integrated SRL3, I'm curious how the SRL3 compares; is it about the same, better, worse? There's an assumption that it's better because it's newer, but not being available in the USA yet, I don't see any reviews that compare the two. Does anyone have first hand experience with both? I could acquire the Shoei and SRL3 from a friend that lives in Europe, but it'll be a good $300 more for the combination than getting a spare Schubert C5/SC2 combo. I'd like to know if that would be worth it.

It's a rather similar device, but it has mesh capabilities, which overall is a better intercom over Bluetooth. The speaker and volume will be subjective to the user, based on how well the speakers are placed inside the helmet. Generally, it's important to get the speakers to line up centered with your ear and, if possible, use backing pads to push them closer to your ear.

Thanks for the advice
