Since updating the firmware to V1.2 I've lost the "hey Sena" voince commands, the "hey google" works fine. It was working fine until the update, I only bought it last week

  Factory re-set helped but didn't fix all. Escalated again.

  After a few moren diagnostics the unit was warrenty replaced.
  Sena support stated a defective chip

  Replacement unit works (mostly) a 'hey google...' command now works too.
