Firmware Update SRL2 does not work

  Firmware Update on SLR2 Neotech wont work.
  It is updating maybe 80% then comes the Info that Update failed.
  Any Tips?
  I use WLAN dongel with usbc from Sena. Update via Handy and Sena App.
