Hello,
What phone do you have? if its an android please make sure the sena camera app is fully updated. as this has been a reported issue, and the solution found was most of our customers had the sena camera app outdated.
this usually doesn't happen on iOS/iPhone as auto update is on by default, with android usually being manual updating. -
I have the same problem. My phone is Iphone 14 Pro. All programs are updated...
