Sena Device Manager recognizes device, but shows error message "Cannot connect to server,"

 

This is the initial attempt to update new device. Reset was performed and I disabled driver signature enforcement.

  I have the same problem with my Sena 30k - can't connect to server. It feels like the server certificate has expired.

  UPDATE: 

  I updated Device Manager version to v4.4.9 and used a cord from my GPS and the dang thing worked!  I don't know if the cord was necessary but switching cords was one of the suggested "fixes". Good luck!
