I have a Schuberth S3 helmet with SC2 intercom and my friend has a Sena Stryker (probably with Sena 50S). When we connect, there is a constant background noise. We changed many settings but couldn't find which one. One time, My friend received a phone call and couldn't answer it. Then when he tried to call back, I don't know how he did it, but when we reconnected, the background noise was gone. We tried our intercoms both paired with Bluetooth and connected that way, and we tried with Mesh. The result is always the same. That background noise is constant and it is very annoying on long trips. Once we caught a completely quiet moment, we thought it was a mode that was turned on and off, and I wanted to ask you.

The only difference between my friend and my intercom application was that HD sound quality was turned on in my helmet.

Which feature wil manage this option?
