Sena Smart hjc 21b bips in earphones

I have Sena Smart HJC 21B intercom.
There is strange sound like - tut-tut.

Sometime every few seconds, sometime - in few minutes, but it happends often. Very often.
It's very irritating.
What is this? Is there a way to turn it off?

  I also have this problem, and I think it's related to the Voice Prompt or VOX Intercom settings.

  I have both turned off, and it seems to have improved.

  I think it's confusing the wind entering the helmet with the blowing air to the microphone.

   

  PS: I think this forum is a bit useless, it seems like Sena doesn't respond to posts. Maybe my experience will help someone else.
