Sena verliert Verbindung bei 100kmh+

Hallo, Ich hab folgendes Problem: Bei Geschwindigkeiten von über 100km/h bricht andauernd die Verbindung für ein paar Sekunden weg. Das komische ist, dass ich das Problem erst seit dem letzten mal fahren habe. Vorher hat alles zuverlässig funktioniert. Hat einer eine Idee woran es liegen kann? Ps. Ich habe weder etwas an der Software noch an der Hardware ( Handywechsel oder ähnliches) geändert.

  I've created a ticket for you, our tech support team will be assisting you moving forward, i highly suggest having a picture of your device serial number to provide them, and ensure you have already done the proper troubleshooting, such as a "fault reset" by pressing the little pinhole, usually near the charging port, and making sure the firmware is up to date.

  I have a Cardo so I don't know if this will help, but I have to connect the Zumo XT as "phone 1" and my Samsung as "phone 2". My Samsung is also connected to the Zumo. Download Spotube

  Hallo Till,
  konntest Du das Problem lösen ?
  Bei uns ist das bei er letzten Fahrt aufgetreten. Der SENA hat sich mehrmals einfach ausgeschalten. Ob es jetzt immer bei 100km/h war, kann ich nicht genau sagen, aber sonst war die Kommunikation problemlos die ganze Zeit möglich.
