Impulse Charging light stays red even when unplugged
Recently when I try to charge my helmet the Charging light comes on solid red and then when I take it off the charger the light stays on. Only to be turned off by using the pinhole reset. I have tried factory reset and both the main charging cable and the usb c adapter and different usb charging including hooking it to my computer. Any Ideas? I have also opened a ticket with SENA themselves. I have only had the helmet less than a year. Thank you for your help.

The battery might need recalibration. To try this, let the battery Worldle drain completely until the helmet turns off, then recharge it fully without interruption.

I was able to get the helmet RMA'd it arrived at the location and now waiting on shipping info for the replacement
