Hello,
The microphone cannot be muted, so that’s not an option. One thing to check is the wire routing to ensure it isn’t pinched somewhere in the helmet. However, since you mentioned it worked for two weeks, it may not be a wiring issue. I recommend taking it back to your dealer, as we do not handle warranty claims for Schuberth devices. Even though they are manufactured by us, they are not sold directly through us, so we can only offer troubleshooting assistance. It sounds like you are still well within the warranty period.
I suggest starting with basic troubleshooting by performing a fault reset. Use a paper clip to press the small pinhole button, usually located near the charging port.
Once that’s done, test the device again by pairing the intercom or making a phone call to verify if the microphone is functioning.
If neither method is successful, please visit your dealer, as the microphone may be faulty, or the wire might have become pinched after taking the helmet on and off several times.
