I use the same 10C Pro in all my hemets, never the less, when I connect the camara to the speakers I just can´t hear anything, if I release the conector lock, start to listen just the right speaker, this happens in all the helmets. what can be wrong?

PD: When I start to conect the speakers conector to the camara i can hear both speakers , but when conector goes to the end and put the lock, the sound goes off
