Wave intercom audio problem
Hi
The other person's voice doesn't come through the Sena(via bluetooth) on Wave Intercom.
The app sound (eg. joined [someone]) is audible.
When I switch to the phone speaker, everything works well.
Is there a solution for this?
I think it might be an Android problem.(Samsung Galaxy S25 / AOS15)

Hello,
Which device are you using with Wave Intercom? Can you test your Sena device without Wave, using Bluetooth intercom or Mesh intercom, to see if the mic works in either of those modes?
This will help determine if the Wave app is not routing the audio input correctly.

This is not a microphone issue.Sound's not output via Bluetooth in the Wave Intercom app.
Every bluetooth devices too.
(SENA 60s 50 30k 20s and airpod, etc)
That's only an issue with the latest Galaxy models(Samsung Galaxy S25, Android OS 15)
It works fine on iPhones and older Android models.I think it's an Android issue with the app.
I hope it gets fixed.Of course, all other intercoms work normally.
And you know that,
Your ticket page has problem, too.
I can't enter my email address and phone number.
The fields keep giving "This field is not in a valid format."

I would like to add that I’m having the same issue with the android phone not hearing me talk but I can hear him clearly. I’m using my iPhone 12 w. Srl3 with my friends latest and android phone and his new 50c. We originally had problems with Mesh too until we figured out the 50c was not Mesh 3.0 compatible. Only Mesh 2.0 so far.

Same issue here. Can't here the other person, but he hears me well.
Both SF4, works fine without Wave.
I have a Samsung S21FE, Android 14.
This is disappointing, going on a holiday with 5 persons all Sena users, were hoping wave would give us the opportunity to talk together.
Also send in a ticket. Hope you can solve this quickly.

For as long as I have used Sena products in my motorcycle helmets. They have not fixed any of the bug issues in there products. Their customer service is good when you open a ticket and deal with them over the phone. But they are limited to how the hardware is supposed to work. When it doesn’t work. The only thing they can do is send you a replacement unit with the same hardware issues. Personally I think the bean counter corporate suite guys don’t give a shit about putting out a working product. The new Wave units show how they didn’t do any beta testing. Both myself and my friend upgraded to wave compatible units that don’t work. One other thing that I don’t like about wave is that you can’t listen to your music while in wave mode.
