i AM ON MY LAST NERVE with these helmets; I bought two IMPULSE helmets because of their touted electronics, but in two weeks I have not been able to get either of them to update to the latest firmware update. I have tried every method imaginable to get it to work, including spending hours on live chat with SENA as well as phone calls. All I get is "We will escalate this to the next level". I am leaving for Daytona bike week in 6 days and if I spent nearly $1000.00 for two helmet, I am for darn sure expecting them to WORK!!!

any suggestions would be extremely appreciated!
