IMPULSE HELMET FIRMWARE UPGRADE

i AM ON MY LAST NERVE with these helmets; I bought two IMPULSE helmets because of their touted electronics, but in two weeks I have not been able to get either of them to update to the latest firmware update. I have tried every method imaginable to get it to work, including spending hours on live chat with SENA as well as phone calls. All I get is "We will escalate this to the next level". I am leaving for Daytona bike week in 6 days and if I spent nearly $1000.00 for two helmet, I am for darn sure expecting them to WORK!!!

any suggestions would be extremely appreciated!

  I know it's an old post, but were you ever able to update?  I'm in the same boat and have tried wireless and USB methods to update the firmware with no luck.
