Sena SRL - cannot connect to server
Hi,
I have just bought a Neotec2 and an SRL.
When connecting the SRL to the device manager, the DM recognises the SRL, but when I select 'firmware update' the DM states "cannot connect to server".
Any thoughts?

Got the same thing... request sent with diag log to support. we'll see what they say

Mine is now working.
Don't know what they did, but after about a week, all was good.
