How do you turn OFF "Group Intercom"

I don't have a saved group, but in poking around on my new 20s EVO, I apparently turned on Group Intercom. Now, no matter what button I touch, I hear a voice say, "Group Intercom"....I turn the volume up, I hear, "Group Intercom"...I turn the volume down and hear, "Group Intercom".

Also, I can't turn off my unit now unless I disconnect it from my helmet. Then the light flashes green and then I can turn it off.

I've tried a factory re-set. I've tried poking the little hole in the back with a paperclip, I've tried updating to the latest firmware....all to no avail. I am still hearing, "Group Intercom" every time I touch the unit!  How do I get it back to the way it was out of the box?

  I have the same problem and help chat was no help. I have the exact problem and it is quite frustrating.
