Worse company and customer support I have ever met.
I bough a 20S EVO and it has problem for battery so I request to RAM my device and I sent it to Costa Mesa, CA 92626 on 7/24. after 1 month I still waiting my replacement. GOD DAMN IT! customer support said due to they OUT OF STOCK of 20s EVO so they are unable to send me the replacement! How ridiculous of this company? YOUR FUCKING shopping website is OUT OF STOCK for everything for over a month That's your way to do business?
NOW Send my device back that is my property.

bought 2 10R headsets and 2 Freewire for my goldwing.
spent all summer back and forth with tech support till they replaced the 10R units. which i just recieved today. after testing same problem exists and i want refund. should have bought J and M unit first time.
Don't buy Sena they don't work and they can't fix them!!!!!
