Problème de connexion intercom.

Tout d'abord je suis très content de mon Sena 10S. c'est un très bon produit je recommande a pas mal de monde.
Cependant j'ai quelques petites questions d'utilisation depuis le temps que je m'en sers quotidiennement.
1: Quand je souhaite faire une conversation avec 2 amis motards, je me mets en "groupe intercom" et je suis connecté avec un ami et que l'autre personne nous recherche. Cela nous dit "demande d'intercom" comment faire pour accepter cette demande pour être a 3 dans ce groupe intercom. J'ai regardé le manuel et je n'ai rien trouvé.
2: Quand je fais un couple intercom avec une personne, quelle est la procédure pour en ajouter une autre et faire conversation à 3 voir 4 ?
Mieux vaut privilégier "groupe intercom" ou "couplage intercom" quelle est la différence entre ses 2 modes ?

Hello Yohann. With the Group Intercom feature, both of your friends headsets need to be paired to your headset. Pair your headset (A) to one of your friend's headsets (B) by placing both of them into Intercom Pairing Mode and tapping the Jog Dial once when the LEDs on both headsets are flashing red rapidly. Pair your headset (A) to your other friend's headset (C) by following the same steps. When your headset and your friend's headset (C) are connected to each other, tap the Jog Dial once to disconnect the intercom. Now on your headset (A), hold down the Jog Dial for 3 seconds to activate Group Intercom to connect all 3 headsets together. You can repeat the same steps for a third friend (D) to have all 4 of you talking to each other using the Group Intercom feature.
The other mode is a Multi-Way Intercom where with 4 people (A) is paired to (B), (B) is paired to (C) and (C) is paired to (D). At this point, (C) and (D) are connected to each other so (B) has to tap the Jog Dial once and then (A) has to tap the Jog Dial once for all 4 of you to talk to each other.

Merci beaucoup, petite question supplémentaire. Quand je suis en communication intercom comment on fait pour recevoir de la musique en même temps ou les infos GPS avec la versio 2.0 sur le 10 s c’est possible ? Merci

The Bluetooth Intercom Audio Multitasking setting needs to enabled through the Sena Device Manager or the Sena Utility App for you to be able to talk over the intercom and hear music/GPS directions at the same time. You will only be able to talk over the intercom and listen to music/GPS at the same time with only 1 other person. It is not available when you want to talk to 2 or 3 other people in a group.

Bonjour Yohann,
Récent utilisateur d'un duo 10S je rencontre une situation qui me semble être un problème.
A l'arrêt la communication avec ma passagère se passe tout à fait bien. En revanche, dès qu'on prend un peu de vitesse (70 Km/h) la communication devient quasiment inaudible.
Avez vous ce genre de problème ?
Précisions : Nous avons tous les deux des casques modulables de bonne qualité et un trail routier plutôt protéger.

Bonjour Yannick non aucun problème essayer de Reset les 10s et mettre à jour le micro logiciel
