Sena S20 does not start

Hi,

 

I cannot start my Sena S20.
If i connect it to the PC I can see it and even restore Firmwares.

But pushing both buttons to start it, it does not react.

The blue LEB lights up once, but does not start.

Has someone a similar situation and a solution for it ??

  I upgraded to 2.o firmware and having trouble with radio cutting off after turning on intercom. I reverted back to 1.7v and same problem. Will keep troubleshooting.

  From support chat installed 1.6.3 and device now functions as expected.
