Sena 20S Evo with current firmware.  Garmin Navigator VI with software updates.  iPhone 7 running 13.1.3

I got the Sena to advance and rewind tracks both via the dial control and voice prompts.  Then, it stopped working.  Unpair and pair multiple times.  Dropped the phone, put it in airplane mode so it wasn't part of the equation, tried pairing as 2nd phone, GPS and intercom.  Never got it working again.  Anyone know what's up?  Contacted Garmin, and they couldn't figure it out either.  Is this a common flaw or am I doing something wrong.
