Update Suggestions and issues I am facing
The app needs simple info buttons to explain what the different buttons and modes do. like the Mesh Intercomm page, needs a quick explanation of the Public vs Private mode.The manual setup of the speed dials are silly. You need it to be more like Google or Siri where you can say 'Dial [Name]' and it accesses your contacts and calls them. Seemless integration is the key.
Riding buddy keeps dropping out. My buddy was riding just behind me in a staggered formation and he kept dropping off and connecting. The only way we could connect was through the app.

Even the Sena support technicians werent any help. I got lots of suggestions, but no real help. My advise to anyone strugling with a firmware upgrade to a Sena 10C Pro using the Sena Bluteooth manager is to try to get an older version of the USB 2.0 ports. Then complain bitterly to Sena that they should do a bit more software testing, because quite obviously, they are not interested in correcting this problem. If it leads to lost sales in the future, and I am seriously thinking of alternatives, then maybe they'll do something!
