Unable to update firmware on my SRL2
I need to update the firmware on my SRL2 Shoei system I have successfully updated my wife's but the USB will not communicate with my helmet system and my computer.
I cannot use the Sena utility on my phone it says I need latest firmware any ideas have you about this fault. Everything else appears to work fine.
Ps is there a reason our systems do not like to pair with my BMW gs 1250 dash you pair every thing then when you switch off the bike it will not automatically re-pair to each other.

I have exactly the same problem. Tried on both Mac and Windows same issue, slightly different error.

Same problem. Any idea? Tried Windows 10 and an old Win7 PC. No connection at all. Everything was still fine with the old manager.

I am having a similar problem where I was able to update one unit from 1.0.7, but not another...0 -
I tried win 7, win 10 then another laptop we had win 8 finally worked. Crazy. The difference with win 8 seemed to add a step for some windows distribution. Go figure

That sounds like a lot of effort, and not ideal… Hopefully Sena are working on a fix to this issue/bug as we speak…?
That said, I won’t be holding my breath, as I am still waiting for Sena Support to respond to my Zendesk case #688981 on this matter. It has been 3 weeks since submitting the support case and all I have received is the default automated response. Also not great :/

Hi Mac users, sorry for my bad English!
I got the same update problem however I fixed it, there was an error message who was disappearing after .1s so I had to record my screen to find out thay my Mac had to ask to authorize any new accessory to connect.. So You must go in the Mac configuration system panel, confidentiality and security, at the bottom look for accessory option and choose always authorize instead of ask for new accessory.. Enjoy!0
