30K Constant music mutes
When I have music playing via phone bluetooth, the music will mute with wind noise. Didn't do this at firts but now all the time. I have installed new firmware... twice. Gone through the setup menu at least 3 times. Given to a friend who has an earlier model.. and doesn't have this problem.
This 30K unit is just too complicated and doesn't do the essential functions which are intercom and music. Very frustrating. Wish I hadn't bought it.

adjust the VOX to set threshold

Thanks for your contribution Geary. Set VOX to 1 and 3. Reset to factory default. Still music mutes at the slightest noise, even my loud exhaust. The most annoying piece of tech since the invention of the wheel.

Hi Brian. You can enable the Audio Overlay Volume Management setting to prevent the volume of the music from being reduced while talking over the intercom.

Sent the whole unit back to Sena weeks ago as a warranty claim. Have heard nothing. Poor product and woeful company.
