Firmware update stop 9% - UD100-G03

Hello,

i have 2 UD100-G03. I have installed device manager 4.1.1 and the intercom it recognize as SMH10 v3.0.

A update v5.1.2 is possible but when i accept, it stops à 9%

What is the problem ?

  Hello,

  no feedback from sena and the key was HS following this manipulation.
