Update Sena 30K Firmware on Windows 11

The Device Manager doesn't recognize my Sena 30K when I plug it into a USB port on my Windows 11 PC. I tried a different USB cable, and conformed bot work with an9ther device. I also rebooted Windows with advanced start up settings and disabled the driver signature requirement.

  I want ti update over wifi but dont have the special cable.

  Anyone found a way to update the 20S and 30K?

  It is possible that the driver for the Sena 30K is not installed properly or the device is in charging mode instead of transferring data.
