Hi everyone,
I need some help with my new SENA ACS10 intercom.

I just bought it, but unfortunately, it won't turn on at all.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:

• I charged it for at least 3 hours

• I successfully completed the firmware update (the device was recognised and the update went through without any issues)

• I performed a reset using the dedicated reset button

• I carefully read all the instructions provided

Despite all this, the device does not power on in any way.
It’s brand new and I’ve followed all the necessary steps, but I just can’t get it to switch on.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or can offer any advice?
