Respected. I have two Schubert C3 helmets. The helmets have integrated Sena SC10U communications. Last year, everything worked as it should, and now when I pair the communications, one immediately starts hissing and crackling with the headphones. When I tear them apart, then there is no sound. I reset communications, returned to factory settings and did a new update. The same thing is happening again. Please help if you know what the problem is.
