I'm trying to update firmware of device using fresh intallation of SenaDeviceManagerForWindows-v4.4.14-setup_x64.

On top right corner I see my headset and its (what it seems to me) version: v2.3

Pressing next at device recognition stage, I can see message in the window telling me "Latest Version: v2.3 (3S_PLUS-v2.3-build8.img).

ISSUE 1: is it version of the new firmware going to be downloaded onto 3S PLUS or is it the version already present in 3S PLUS?

ISSUE 2: the "version (2.3) is the same BUT the new firmware define itself "build8" that the current one is not. Doubt persists.

Assume it's the new version (worse case I should rewrite what's arealdy there, isn't it?) I click on next. Download works up to 73 - 85% then an error about the status appears and firmware update is aborted.

ISSUE 3: message is "Failed to update firmware. Cannot get status [5][qb].

I tried 4 times. All failed between 73 and 85% of progress bar.

What should I do now?
