My SRL2 charging light won't turn on and MESH won't connect
This is very frustrating. The lamp no longer activates (either red or blue), and my unit shuts down ("Goodbye") about 5 seconds after turning it on, even though it says battery level is full.
I have found a workaround to keep the unit on by holding down the center button, and it connects to my phone via Bluetooth, but MESH still won't connect to other Sena devices. I tried resetting the firmware, but the device is not recognized.
Support has been less than useless, simply telling me to reset the unit and try another cable. They left the chat even though I was still asking questions.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Did anyone find a way to resolve it? I'm beyond frustrated, as we have lots of long rides planned in the near future.
