I have Impulse Helmet bought June 2024, I have problem upgrading to the new firmware. The problem occures that when checking/searching the Sena (internal) Wifi did not appear/undetected in the WIFI list. I tried with 3 smartphone Iphone (IOS), Samsung (adroid) also Huawei (harmoni).  

I did factory reset, the charging function, pairing helmet to smartphone also WIFI reset (hold mesh button to purple colour) are working properly BUT when I proceed firmware update still the SENA internal Wifi did not appear in WIFI list.

Unfortunately there are no Sena service support in my country, so please suggest to where I have to repair (if necessary).    There are any possible to firmware upgrade by manual (WIFI cable) instead of using internal WIFI?
