M1 v1.0.1has a very very low intercom volume
M1 paired with another Sena bluetooth device or even a universal bluetooth intercom device has very very very low volume output even if the intercom volume was set to max.
making calls and playing music on the M1 has a excellent volume level

I have the same issue with one of my two R1 helmets. I cannot get Customer Support to respond. Did you every get a resolution on you issue? Did you open a ticket with Customer Support and get a response from them?
