R1 EVO firmware update failure

Sena firmware manager correctly identifies R1 EVO 1.0 firmware, suggests 1.0.3 but downloads stop (10+ attempts) at 4% with error message "Failed to update firmware.  Cannot get status[1]"

What does this mean, and how can I update my R1 EVO units to 1.0.3?  Also, is there a changelog for 1.0.3?

  ive tried everything. I am very annoyed SENA dont seem to address an issues. MY PC is brand new and the head set should be too ? Its a joke, wish i would have got different brand .
