I have the same issue as all of you. But I tried something. Talking outside of helmet ”hey siri” works 95% of the time and inside helmet 10% of the time. Have not tried ”hey sena ” yet as of this time the same way. The reason is that when you are that close to mic and inside helmet with cheeks pressed together, the ”hey siri” will come out as muffled and not the same way because of the tight space. I really had to to some serious mouth acrobatics to get Siri to translate my voice to something it has learned. Try it yourselves. I don’t know if it is a sena issue or an iPhone issue that it can’t ”understand” when inside helmet and you can’t talk properly. Just my five cents.
