After leaving the 50S charging for a couple hours and removing the usb-c, the little red light next to where you plug the usb remains red and the unit will NOT turn on.  The only way it will turn on is if i use a paperclip to reset the unit and only then it will turn on.  the firmware is updated and this only started a few weeks ago.
