I did reset to factory settings when I had issues trying to pair the intercoms which turned out to be bad instructions. I don't know if there are any settings that may help?

Hi Rafal, thanks for trying to help. The intercoms that are fitted to our Schuberth helmets have internal aerials under the padding that don't fold.

Yes, the quick start, downloadable .pdf and this site are all different and none work. My wife has one helmet and I have the other. We both do the same thing at the same time. Press +&- buttons unt...
