    It's my 3rd Sena, and last. I can't wait to get rid of this f-ing thing. Support from Sena is completely tone deaf, probably because the device is designed this way and there is nothing they can do...

    Speaker placement directly on top of ear canal is old news, since smh10. This is NOT the issue with the 50S. I've been using my sena units with ear plugs, placing the speakers direclty over the ear...

    This is insane! I can't believe Sena is silent about this. The unit is useless at speed! I just requested a return at Revzilla. Have been a Sena user since SMH10, but will finally switch to Cardo
