@jrbguy I did the same thing.  Originally, I called when using a beta version and that concern never came up.  The support staff continually assured me the reset or some other issue was the problem...

I'm having trouble with 13 and sthe Sena Utility.  i would imagine you may have that problem as well if you check your ability to change settings with the iphone app.
